It’s sort of ironic that, for two lovers who met in the Valley of the Sun, their engagement session would be shrouded in clouds and the cool ocean breeze. But the lack of sun yesterday morning never was able to fade the love and smiles that Mike and Jennifer shared as we explored the streets and back alleys of Huntington Beach, the city they call home. They will be married later this year and we are so excited for that day to come! Even though they admitted needing a couple ounces of liquid courage to get ready for the shoot, they were both complete naturals, and the pictures prove that. Anyone who thinks these two were not meant for each other is crazy! Thanks Mike and Jenn for a great morning, we hope you had a blast, and we cannot wait for the wedding day to arrive!

What a wonderful surprise! The photos all are beautiful, but seeing Jenn’s eyes in #3 started my “waterworks”!! My favs are 10, 11, 19, 21, 22, and definitely loved 25. I can’t wait to see the wedding photos!

These are great! I love the shot where she’s looking up and you’re shooting down on her. Her eyes look amazing and she looks so beautiful! I also love the shot where she’s on his back. It’s so fun and brings out their personalities well. The shot where they’re separated but holding hands and she’s looking back is beautiful! I adore the shot of him holding her up in the water.. her feet up in the air.. so cute! The first photo of them in the alleyway is gorgeous! what an attractive, fun couple! And of course, they were lucky to have you because your processing skills and attention to exposure, detail in posing, etc.. etc… is just phenomenal!
